Babies can come with either or both parents. Baby’s other carers (e.g., grandparents, nanny, etc) will need written consent from the parents.
We welcome babies with special needs or disabilities, and would suggest that you consult with your doctor or health visitor beforehand.

What is baby massage?
Baby massage is a way of spending quiet, loving, time with your baby, whilst also enhancing your mutual bond, sense of wellbeing and communication.
How does it help baby?
It helps through- Relief of the pain of colic, wind, constipation stress. Stimulation of the skin and muscles, the respiratory, digestive and immune systems. Relaxation.
How does it help a parent?
It give parents a unique opportunity to feel the warmth and closeness of the shared experience as well as benefiting from the longer periods of sleep which your baby WILL have if you are able to incorporate this into your daily routine.
How long does a session last?
Lasts between 1-1½ hours depending on whether you choose to attend a class or a private session.
How many sessions are needed?
Usually 3 sessions on an individual basis or 5 sessions in a class.
